So I found a few sites tonight that help you dress up your blog. Does anyone know the easiest way to make a cute header? Do you have to use photoshop? I would love to learn. Any advice out there, bloggers?

Its finally football season again!!!!!!!!

So glad football has finally started again. We have had a countdown going at our house. It took two years but I have finally gotten Stephen excited about college football too so Im not watching the game by myself. We have had ESPN on all day watching any game we could find. Ha Ha! The Blakes came over tonight to watch the Bama game with us (and hopefully the LSU game too). I made these cupcakes for them to celebrate the opening game. I saw these elephants on a cake on cakecentral.com months ago and have wanted to make them but had to save them for a special event. They all loved them and are almost all gone and its still the first quarter. If we win Ill have to make them for every game in case they bring us luck. Now I just need to figure out how to make buttercream tigers so I can make some LSU ones to match. Ill have to do some research and figure it out. Dont worry Pourciaus, I did not even eat one :)

First Day of School Cake

I made this this week for Carson's first day of school. His mom said that he did really well when she dropped him off this morning but she was a little sad. I hope you have a great year, Carson!!

First Anniversary/Wedding Cake

We made this this weekend for a couple who is celebrating their 50th anniversary. They did not have a wedding cake at their wedding so their family wanted them to have one at their reception. I hope they have a great day with their family as their celebrate this milestone.

Happy Birthday, Will!

Made this tonight for Will who is turning 8. His dad goes to school with Stephen. He wanted a Ben 10 cake. Apparently Ben 10 is a popular cartoon. I had never heard of it. Thank goodness I live with a superhero/cartoon expert. Will wanted a cake with this monster (aka Humagasore) on it and wanted to look just like he did on the napkin. I hope he has a great birthday!
