1. Fall decorations! I have been wanting to get them out since August but have held off so far. I did tell Stephen that I will get them out next week. As soon as I pack up my white shoes (Not that I actually have white shoes- well one pair of flipflops), I have to pull out the fall decorations! Im very excited about my new door hanger that I recently purchased. Don't worry, I will post a picture as soon as it is up.
4. FOOTBALL!!!!!!! So ready for some SEC football. We are watching the first game now (Southern Miss and S. Carolina). So excited to go tailgate with the Blakes and see Bama play this year. Know that we are definitely going to go to the Florida/Bama game. So ready!!!
5. Scarves: I love scarves and have added so many to my collection this past spring and summer when they were on sale. I know I got at least 3 more and did not pay over $5 for any of them. I love how they can make jeans and a plain shirt look so different. Ready to pull them all out and wear them. Wish they went with scrubs! Ha ha!
7: Christmas shopping: What?!?! Did I just say Christmas!??? Yes I did!! I love shopping early! Last year I was completely finished and had everything wrapped before Halloween! Seriously, it greatly decreases the stress during November and December. I can focus on baking and just enjoying the season and not rushing around buying gifts. Plus I love being able to put them all under the tree as soon as we put it up the weekend after Thanksgiving. The only way to successfully shop this early is to stay very organized. You must have a list with a budget or you will forget what you bought and how much you have spent. Also, I keep the list because sometimes they are wrapped so long I forget what I have bought people. Ha! This year, I'm going to see how many gifts I can buy online to cut down on the trips to Tuscaloosa and Tupelo. I have already bookmarked several things on Etsy.com. We will see. Stephen was rolling his eyes just today when I was fretting over where we will put the tree this year since we have more furniture this year and a very heavy treadmill that Stephen said is not movable no matter how pretty it would make the tree :( Guess I need to really think it out because he says once he gets it set up, I cannot change my mind and move it. Oh well, I still have time to work out these very important details. :)I know its a little early but, HAPPY FALL Y'ALL!!!!
